By accessing and placing an order with Dynamic Peptide (“The Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Dynamic Peptide.
2.1. Products Sold for Research Use Only: All products, including peptides, solvents, and chemicals, are sold strictly for laboratory research, analytical, and further manufacturing purposes only. They are NOT sold for human consumption, ingestion, application, or use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, household chemicals, or in any other inappropriate application.
2.2. Buyer Representation: By purchasing products from Dynamic Peptide, the Buyer (or “You”) warrants that they are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or entity legally permitted to handle research materials and that the products will be used only for legitimate, ethical, scientific, and research purposes.
2.3. No Instructions on Use: Dynamic Peptide does not provide usage, dosing, handling, or reconstitution instructions for any product. The responsibility for handling, safe storage, use, and disposal of products is borne solely by the purchaser.
3.1. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of placing the order.
3.2. Payment: Payment must be received by Dynamic Peptide prior to the acceptance of an order. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
3.3. Order Acceptance: The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Dynamic Peptide reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
4.1. Shipping Policy: Orders are shipped in accordance with our posted Shipping Policy. We aim to process orders placed M-F before 3 PM EST on the same business day.
4.2. Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our tender of the merchandise to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs after the package has left our facility.
4.3. Customs and Duties: For international orders (if applicable), the Buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Dynamic Peptide is not responsible for products seized by customs.
5.1. No Implied Warranties: Dynamic Peptide makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5.2. Product Condition: The products are sold “as is.” We warrant that the peptides we sell conform to the composition and purity as stated on the Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided with the product at the time of shipment.
Dynamic Peptide shall not be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, resulting from the use or inability to use the materials, even if Dynamic Peptide has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The maximum liability of Dynamic Peptide shall never exceed the purchase price of the products ordered.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynamic Peptide, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your misuse of the products, breach of these Terms, or any violation of applicable laws by you.
